Who is responsible for what
This product has two kinds of person in it, and they are not in the same position.
The gallery is the controller. The gallery decides which collector receives a viewing room, why, what is hung in it, whether marks and inquiries are switched on, and how long the link lives. Those are the decisions Article 4(7) calls determining the purposes and means. Nobody here makes them.
Solaas Tech S.R.L. is the processor. We provide the tooling, we hold the data on the gallery's instruction, and we do not decide who gets measured or why. Our contract for that is the Data Processing Agreement, which every gallery accepts.
We are the controller for a short, separate list: the gallery's own user accounts and sign-in sessions, the security of the service, and the record of data-rights requests. That list is written out in the Privacy Notice.
This split decides what every other page is. It also decides where a collector's request lands: we will do everything we hold the levers for, and where the gallery's own business record is concerned, the gallery decides. The Privacy Notice says exactly where that line falls, and Your data is the form that starts it.

Complaints
If you think your data has been handled wrongly, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority directly. You do not need our agreement and it costs nothing.

Consumer dispute resolution
These routes are open to consumers. This service is sold to galleries for use in their trade, so a customer of ours will rarely be a consumer in the legal sense, but we list the path so that it is known.
