What do you want

A copy of everything held about me Every gallery that has a record of you, every viewing room you were sent, every visit, how long each artwork was on your screen, what you zoomed, what you marked, and every message you exchanged. Delivered as a JSON file, which is the portable format Article 20 asks for.

Destroy my viewing record Every visit, dwell measurement, zoom and mark is deleted outright, any viewing room link you hold stops working, and your name and address are blanked in each gallery's contact list. Enquiries you sent a gallery stay as that gallery's own business record, attached to a contact that no longer names you. This cannot be undone.

Your email address The address a gallery used to send you a viewing room.

We will send a link to this address. Nothing at all happens until you use it: without that step, anybody who knew your address could read your viewing history, or erase it. The link works once and expires in 24 hours.

What happens next

We record the request, with the time, so that it can be shown later that you asked.
We email the address you gave. The message says exactly what clicking will do, and that ignoring it means nothing happens.
When you use the link, the work runs immediately and the outcome is emailed to you, in words: what was deleted, what was kept and why.
We answer within one month, which is the period Article 12(3) allows. In practice a verified request is answered the moment you click.

The other rights, which need a human

Correction (Article 16), restriction (Article 18) and objection (Article 21) are not on the form because they need a person to read what you are asking for. Write to stoiana00@gmail.com and say which one and why.

Withdrawing consent for the measurement is immediate and needs no form: choose BROWSE PRIVATELY the next time you open a room, or use the deletion above to remove what has already been recorded.

If we get it wrong

You can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority directly, without asking us first. It costs nothing.

A gallery decided to send you a room and decided what to do with what it learned. If your complaint is about that decision rather than about how we hold it, the gallery is the party responsible, and its address is in the copy of your data. Why that is.
